Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

In short: this website tells you about Aloud and lets you request early access. Use it fairly, and remember that Aloud is still in early access, so details may change.

About these terms

These terms apply when you visit the Aloud website or use its early-access form. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the Aloud product in a course is governed by a separate agreement with your university or with you as an instructor.

Using the site fairly

When you use this site, please don't:

Our content

Other services

The site relies on third-party services, such as hosting, email delivery and web fonts, as described in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aloud isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Aloud develops. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
